RECORDS REQUESTED – Charge: $10.00 per body cam video plus $1.00 per full minute viewing time (Body worn cameras only). $3.00 per in car videos plus $1.00 per full minute viewing time (in car cam only). Paper: .10¢ per standard size page. J.C.S.O. may waive charges if less than 50 pages for the convenience of J.C.S.O. Requestor may be charged additional charges of $15.00 per hour for labor in assimilating and reproducing materials, $28.50 per hour if programming is required and a 20% overhead charge along with other charges as set forth in 1 Tex. Admin Code Chapter 70 and more Specifically 1 Tex. Admin Code Ch. 70 Sections 70.3,70.10 and 70.13.
